This couple was desperate to update their dated, broken-down kitchen. But they didn’t just want an update – they wanted a contemporary, unique design. The old corner pantry was the first to go. With this gone, extra cabinetry was added by extending out and even up with stacked flip-up glass front cabinets for display. The island was re-designed to better suit the couple and the flow of the space, with a curved edge crafted out of Caribou Block wood countertops. The waterfall edge and floating shelves pull the wood throughout the space, complementing the existing hardwood floors. Two-toned cabinetry and Cambria quartz countertops with matching splash are lavish details that have made these happy homeowners fall back in love with their kitchen!
